Seller has great communication and explained to me she replaced batteries before shipping my order out and the item stopped working. So Ebay does not have an option to refund my purchase because the item was paid for but never shipped? I am confused as how to proceed and get my refund. This has never happened to me before. Seller told me I need to contact Ebay for my refund. Do I have to wait until the item was supposed to be delivered? Please help!!!
